The Center for Transnational Law (CENTRAL) at Cologne University, Germany in cooperation with the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS) will once again host its highly successful “Cologne Academies” on international dispute resolution from August 25-29, 2019:

- the 17th Academy on Int’l. Arbitration and
- the 14th Academy on Int’l. Business Negotiation & Mediation.

The Cologne Academies are addressed to students and young practitioners. They are well known for their highly interactive teaching & training approach which involves both the law and the practice skills (opening statements, cross-examination, document production etc. for int’l. arbitration, active listening, building the “golden bridge”, caucusing etc. for mediation) required for a successful career in international dispute resolution.
